Save the Dates!

I’ve always been fascinated by weddings, and I’ve been interested in wedding stationary for awhile now… save the dates, wedding invitations, all that sort of thing. My Pinterest is loaded with invites to other people’s weddings, and I’m sure my friends are starting to think I’ve run quite mad. A good friend of mine approached me a few months ago with a request that I design her save the dates. Seeing as we’ve been friends for so long, and I’ve been craving a project like this for awhile now, I accepted! After a few proofing sessions and back and forth work, we’ve finally come to the final design. They were ordered last night, and I think they’re pretty adorable. (Although that could just be because Chris and Adeena are so adorable themselves!) Adeena decided to go against the grain and send out coasters as opposed to the typical cards that many people send. I love her creativity, and her decision made the project ten times more fun! Here’s to you, Dee. May you and Chris live a long and happy life together, and I can’t wait to see you on your wedding day!
